We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Full-Time Nannies – Structured, long-term roles with stable schedules
Part-Time Nannies – Flexible support during weekdays or weekends
Summer Nannies – Seasonal caregivers (June–August) for camps, travel, and play

 Requirements 

Mandatory:

  •  Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience

  •  CPR & First Aid certification (up to date)

  •  Two or more professional childcare references

  •  Clear national background check

  •  Consent to drug screening (required prior to placement)

  •  DMV check (for any driving positions)

  •  Valid photo ID and authorization to work in the U.S.`22 Must be punctual, responsible, warm, and professional

 

Preferred:

  •  Infant care or newborn specialist experience

  •  Education-based experience (Montessori, RIE, etc.)

  •  Willingness to travel or provide overnight care

  •  Bilingual or multilingual

  •  Comfortable with family assistant duties

Additional Summer Nanny Expectations:

  • Be available for consistent scheduling during the summer months

  • Help plan and supervise outings, playdates, camps, or activities

  • Be comfortable with outdoor play, swimming, and travel (when required)

  • Provide structure and fun during non-school months
