Qualifications

We’re looking for calm, capable, and compassionate individuals who bring heart and professionalism into the homes they support. Our ideal companions are dependable, warm, and attentive to the unique needs of every family or individual they serve.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 21 years old
2+ years of relevant experience (childcare, elder companionship, or household support)
CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Clean background check
Valid driver’s license & clean DMV record (if driving is required)
Clear communication skills and fluent in English
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualities

Experience supporting aging adults or families with young children
Patience, emotional maturity, and strong boundaries
A proactive, can-do attitude
Discreet, respectful, and professional demeanor
Flexibility with scheduling and family needs

Additional Requirements

Willingness to complete a drug screening
Professional references (minimum of 2)
Comfort working in a variety of home environments
