After 15 years working inside homes as a trusted nanny and family assistant, our founder, Elizabeth Watson, saw a need for something more than just placements. Families weren’t just looking for help — they were looking for support, understanding, and partnership. They needed a place where finding care felt personal, not transactional.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a mom, a lifelong caregiver, and the heart behind Little Bird.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to caring for others. What started as a love for nurturing children grew into a 15-year career supporting families in every season of life — as a nanny, household manager, and trusted right hand. Along the way, I learned that every home has its own rhythm, and when the right support is in place, everything feels a little lighter.
I started Little Bird Nannies & Family Support because I believe families deserve more than just help — they deserve understanding. The process of finding care shouldn’t feel overwhelming; it should feel like finding your people.
Through Little Bird, my goal is to bring a sense of calm, trust, and connection to the families we serve. Whether it’s a new parent navigating those early months, or a busy household looking for balance, I want every family to feel seen, supported, and cared for.
